Introduction
We are a corporate training organisation working with companies to improve their sales, management and leadership skills. Our clients come mostly from the Automotive, Construction and Decorative Products Industries, although we can work with any organisation. We have offices in Farnborough, United Kingdom and, through our sister company, Rockwood Learning Solutions Inc., in Toronto, Canada.
Products and Services
Formed in 1996, we have developed a reputation for providing highly relevant training programmes, written specifically for each project we undertake.
However, we offer a range of open sales courses, available in the UK and Canada, for those customers who cannot justify a full in-house training programme.
We also have a variety of Management and Leadership Skills training courses available, including workshops, on-line programmes and full overseas expeditions.
Our courses are highly interactive, blending workshop-style discussion, realistic role-play, simulations, physical activities and case studies to create a rich learning environment that will engage your staff.
Programmes are written by Mark Janes, company founder, with over 25 years' commercial experience and 15 years in a hands-on training and training-design role. Courses are delivered in the UK by Mark Janes, and in North America by Michael Bryan, co-founder of our North American business.
